* Training Class - our training classes are scheduled over three weeks. We make every effort to train our volunteers to handle any type of call, from coming out issues, domestic violence, crisis intervention, and general information calls. When our new volunteers sit down to answer the phone, they are confident they can handle any situation that occurs.

** Shift - we are a volunteer organization, so your shift is built around YOUR schedule. New volunteers can choose from a list of available shifts.
